We saw a 33% increase in the number of responses and we are truly grateful for the time you have spent on this as it enables us to continue to improve the services that we provide to you our customers and therefore our business. Key Results : Document Storage & Records Management
- 90% Suggested that Lack of Space on Site was a key reason for moving records offsite with
- 49% also stating Cost Saving (Space) being a further reason.
- 100% rated our Customer Service as Excellent (71%) or Good (23%) up 5% on last year
- 98% rated our Delivery Promptness as Excellent (79%) or Good (18%) up 3% on last year.

- 92% Suggested that Risk Management/Disaster Recovery was a key reason for moving media and data offsite with
