Q. Is a file box the same as an archive box?
A. To some extent it's just semantics but a real archive storage box will be strong and stackable, as ours are. An archive box usually has a separate lid, rather than flaps.
And of course the sizes need to be appropriate to storing documents of differnet sizes.
Q. How big are your archive boxes
A. We have four sizes of archive box, each for a specific purpose. They can be seen on the file storage box page. They range up to 1.95 cu ft up from 1.1 cu ft, but the real measure is their suitability for different size files - like A4 pages and computer print outs, A3 pages, arch lever file or box files.
Q. How many files can I get in a box?
A. How long is a piece of string. This depends on which files and their thickness. We can send you samples for you to experiment with.
Q. How do I get your archive storage boxes?
A. When you order your storage with our 100/200 packages or when we have finalised any other document or archive storage arrangements with you, we will deliver your boxes to any address you specify. You can also buy boxes from us at any time, whether you store them with us or not. They are amongst the best boxes available and many companies in the know, do use them, independently of our storage.
Q. How strong are you boxes
A. Very tough, triple-skinned and designed to do the job.
