Saracen conducted in annual Customer satisfaction survey. We saw a 33% increase in the number of responses and we are truly grateful for the time you have spent on this as it enables us to continue to improve the services that we provide to you our customers and therefore our business. All the results have been analyzed and reviewed in depth and we will be contacting people with specific requests or ideas over the coming weeks. Some of the Key Highlights are summarised below.
Key Results : Document Storage & Records Management
90% Suggested that Lack of Space on Site was a key reason for moving records offsite with
49% also stating Cost Saving (Space) being a further reason.
100% rated our Customer Service as Excellent (71%) or Good (23%) up 5% on last year
98% rated our Delivery Promptness as Excellent (79%) or Good (18%) up 3% on last year.
Key Results : Offsite Tape & Media Storage
92% Suggested that Risk Management/Disaster Recovery was a key reason for moving media and data offsite with
57% also stating Peace of Mind being a further reason.
100% rated our Emergency Service as Excellent (57%) or Good (38%) up 6% on last year
98% rated our Customer Service as Excellent (66%) or Good (33%) up 6% on last year.
