Plus many customers find that it's hard to talk to their suppliers - whereas at Saracen we want you to phone us or email us the first time you have any concerns. That's how we've made our business so good
Q. Do you issue certificates for destruction and data disposal?
Yes, we do. It's important for customers and their clients to know that data and documents are beyond any chance of being re-commissioned. Our quality control and security is as high for disposal as it is for archive and off-site storage.
Q.Why do RM companies make billing so complicated?
A. It's part of the old-fashioned nature of their systems and of their thinking. They used to do it like this and they can't see the reason to change - just to help customers. And sometimes complicated billing can be a way of maximising income.
At Saracen we have turned that round and we have made the billing clear and simpe and it's usually a fix amount. There are cases where customers prefer the detailed invoicing which depends on every item and service being itemised and billed... but we find that the nightmare of analysing and checking these invoices for the customer means that most customers are opting for the flat rate system.
