Tape Exchange from Data Centres

We can offer you a bespoke tape change service for our clients who host their servers at co-location sites or Data Centres.

We already visit numberous Data centres in Docklands, The City, Park Royal and other parts of London across the South East. 

All Saracen's Staff are security vetted and Saracen will complete the security documentation for all their staff who require access to your Data Centre.  Saracen's Staff will come on site free charge to attend an initial onsite training session and thereafter will be able to manage your entire off site tape rotation, inserting and ejecting new tapes and then transporting the tapes to one of our storage facilities.

Our staff change hundreds of tapes every day including weekends.

Please note that you may also find that our charges for this service are more cost effective than the “remote hands” service offered at some co-location sites.
